Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Specific information about shipping times are available on the product page. A tracking number will be provided shortly after your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active shortly after

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means your package will arrive without any additional charges due on delivery.

For all other international destinations, Stoi Gymnastics is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages

Stoi Gymnastics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
